TOWER DOWN FOR WEEKS- Vodacom doesn't care about the Eastern Cape

Vodacom has apparently written off its users in rural Eastern Cape. they care nothing for them but is more than happy to charge them monthly for contracts they are un-able to use. For 3 flippen years the Vodacom tower in Hofmeyr breaks down and stands for WEEKS with no users being able to receive ANY service. How is Vodacom un-aware that an entire REGION has not been able to phone out, sms or receive calls for the past month? How blatant in your complete disregard to your users?! How incredibly money hungry? How do you justify such blatant lack of care and service? While you line your pockets with the contract fees of 1000's of users un-able to use their devices! Disgusting!!!
