Totally useless Sebego in "Solutions" department

Your so called "Solutions" department is the most useless people I have ever dealt with ESPECIALLY Sebego who are apparently a so called "supervisor" which are the funniest and yet the saddest thing I have heard in a long time as he is totally incapable of handling client complaints and his only "solution" to a problem is to apparently log a call. Maybe, just maybe you should train you staff in the "solutions" department to actually be able to solve some problems.

I am sick and tired of hearing that I have to log one problem after another and then NEVER hear back from Vodacom again. YOUR COMPANY A DISGRACE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD!!!!!!
