totally useless company
Vodacom is probably the most useless company I have ever dealt with. I want to cancel something off the account and so far 5 telephone calls and one visit to an outlet has wasted 1.5 hours of listening to prompt which take you to the wrong place. It all centers around blocking change which could loose them money. They are positively the worst.
