Totally useless.
Complained about the service on 18 June 2019 on this very site. Empty promises from Vodacom. Still shows I have received an upgrade after passing the blame on the courier company. Now almost 2 months later and Vodacom cannot resolve the problem they created. It is so pathetic and unacceptable. ******* they are, bill for an upgrade and it was never received. They acknowledge it is incorrect and make empty promises to rectify it. They are useless.
