Totally unacceptable service from Vodacom

I laid a complaint about vodacom's poor customer service and lack of product knowledge with regards to a promotion being run \ Summer Promotion"I received feedback stating a consultant will get back to me within 54 hours and to no surprise at all I have not received feedback. Then i see my complaint has been removed which is understandable as it does state there is 54 hour turnaround time on complaints but nothing have been done about this. I now have a second complaint to add with regards to the same contract. I received my phone but no contract information. I have called vodacom customer care numerous times and numerous numbers and have been in store and no help. i was given a number to call ****e minds) this number does not exist. so I have a phone that I am pretty much unable to use. Please can this be sorted out. I honestly regret taking out another contract with vodacom at this stage."""
