totally unacceptable service

I went to Vodacom in Waterstone village with my wife and she took out a contract on a lap top. He was approved within minutes as we hade a similar contract previously with them. She has her own business and to be frank money in not an issue. 6 week's later and she is just getting excuses. I personally followed up in the second week and was told it had still not arrived. In week 4 I went back and was told that the assistant had not placed the order so then Kyle placed the order. He said one week and once again there is still no lap top. I'm totally disgusted! seriously I cannot believe that they are in business.
