Totally Unacceptable

I have a 4 month old Smasung S7 which crashed in December. I handed it in at the main Tygervalley Vodacom store and was assured it would take 4-7 working days and they would stay in touch. I have had to keep chasing them (and they never answer the phone) and keep being told it'll be ready in a day or two. Finally today somebody tells me that they are waiting on 4 parts, including a new motherboard. They have had my phone since the 15th December so have obviously only just started working on it. If a phone is so new and has crashed so badly is should be replaced, not repaired. A colleague had a similar incident at 5 months, MTN check it and replaced it straight away. So I amnot impressed at needing such extensive repairs and at the month wait with out any feedback. I used to think Vodacom was great, but this is now the second incident with them in 2 months and I have really lost faith in them. I will also NEVER use the Tygervalley store again!
