Totally pathetic service - no consistency in dealing with customers

They keep locking our phones for days, yet will not refund us for no service. Not even receiving our statements anymore. We have been nagging them for a list of our contracts, and when they end. Will definitely not be taking out a single contract with them. We have been supporting them for years, taking out on average 10 contracts at a time. They clearly don't value their customers.
