Totally disgusted

I am still awaiting someone to contact us in connection with our previous complaint. You should take customer complaints more serious, no wonder the branch consultants and customer care consultants are so nonchalant. I won't recommend people to your brand as I am ever sorry we signed up with Vodacom and their *********** staff.
