Total reap off
On Friday I went to do a sim swap at the vodashop in brakpan which cost me R45 for a prepaid simcard. While I was there I decide to buy earphones and a car charger. The total cost was R220. The following day the earphones stopped working. I tried to return them on Monday. The person who sold them to me told me that I bought cheap earphones and I had to add R80 on top for him to change them for me and give me a better brand.

First of all why would a high rated company like vodacom sell second rated products? Secondly, am I being unreasonable for thinking that I was overcharged in a first place? I paid a high price and now I'm left earphones that are completely useless.
