Total incompetence
Last year our company moved from Nashua Mobile to Vodacom and all of us had to give our details through to Vodacom so that we could migrate over to Vodacom. The upgrade handset I ordered was a Blackberry Z30, but I then received notification that I will receive a BB Passport for the same price seeing the Z30 was discontinued. 26 Nov 2014, my colleagues started receiving their upgrades, but I received nothing. After several calls and emails, I was then informed that they are out of stock. Seeing that this is a business contract I could not get a phone from the Vodashop where there was phones in stock.<br> After months of waiting I received a call saying that they do not have BB passports, but they can give me a BB Z10. What a joke. The Z10 was followed by the Z30 which was followed by the Passport and then the Classic. Am I too stupid to understand that older phones are now available or is it a reconditioned phone they want to give me. I have now also been billed for a handset and the money deducted from my account for a phone I have never received. Nearly 5 months. Incompetence is being taken to the next level by the Vodacom team handling my account.
