TOTAL INAFFECIENDCY - VODACOM

NO Service Quality

Account Number: I***-7 (Vodacom Contract Number)

Good day

My experience with this dilemma started in October 2024. I dared ask to make a telephone number pay-as-you-go as it is and was not in daily use and why pay for something when you are supposed to save.

Today is the 13th of March 2025 and it is still not resolved.

It is claimed that calls are recorded for quality, security and training purposes this is bull. No one listens to recordings. No floor manager or supervisor checks if consultants / operators do their work properly.

I phoned *** cancelations in October to find out if I could make ***___ a pay-as-u-go number. The operator Dillan said it was too early and I should phone in November for the final month (notice) month to be December 2024.

I phoned on 25 November and spoke to Prince to action the process. Guess what? He did nothing.

I spoke to Bonello there after. No action taken.

I spoke to Tebogo on 16 January 2025 as I received an SMS indicating that my account was in arrears. He said pay the money and your account would be up to date and the service re instated. BULL nothing was auctioned even after I paid the arrears.

To date (13 March) I have received 13x SMSs "account in arrears" for the amount of ***______'s subscription.

I phoned on 28 February 2025, spoke to Kgomotso. Sir the contract is cancelled. The investigation has been escalated and you will receive feedback. Please pay R1352.00 which I did.

Notification 06 March 2025. You are in arrears of R1698.73. Spoke to Posiletso. Everything is being investigated. Don't worry.

08 to 12 March calls from ***/8. When I answer elevator music no-one speaks for more than 50 seconds then the line goes dead.

Invoice in my gmail. dated 03 March 2025. Received on 12 March 2025......bill amount R1343, guess WHAT 072878______ is still billed @ R339.74.

DO NOT try and use customer care email address NO-ONE reads or cares.

I asked that an investigation be done too, since I feel I should receive a credit as I am paying for something I made pay-as-u-go in November 2024.

I have received a threatening email to my gmail account on 11 March, summarised "pay or we will take additional steps". DO NOT REPLY email address.

RIGHT

My message on customercare...."Would someone please action this belated request and use this email for future correspondence and statements.

And if it's NOT too much trouble give me feedback on progress". NO FEEDBACK.

Regards P Hayward
