Total Disappointment! Fibre

I have an SO number from September for relocation of my fibre. I have continously followed up and have zero joy. Apparently Vodacom uses a company called ISON for call centre service. (***).

The service is absolutely pathetic! Is this how you treat your customers? You are absolutely useless.

Oh... and I still don't have fibre.
