Top up contracts receive extra unexplained charges

Good day I have two contract lines and my queries are.

1) I have two top up contracts yet my monthly payments vary and are more than the total of the two contracts.

The fixed bill on line one is R104.10 - 5GB Data Top Up

The fixed bill on the other line is R165.68 - My Gig10 MBB 24Mnt TopUp (Start 30 Oct 2020 and end 17 March 2023. I have not agreed to a new contract yet on this nr but I cannot understand why it runs for 28 months? My Gig10 MBB 24Mnt TopUp) Both are top-up lines, therefore the monthly bills should remain the same The total is R269.78 Yet my app says "amount you owe is R279.91. The online invoice on Vodacom website says I owe R280.78 What is the extra R10.13 (app) or R11 (website) for and where is it indicated on my bill? Since both are top-up accounts there should not be any extra costs because if data or airtime runs out I top it up. Please explain these extra costs and why it differs from month to month.

2) I renewed my sim only contract on Upgrade order *** and I agreed on a contract of R79 per month and received an sms confirming it. Yet the monthly bill is R104.10 apparently due to "value added services" which was not explained to me by your call agent and to which I did not agree. This is R25.10 more per month than I agreed on or R602.40 over a 24month period. I do not want these services. I want the R79 per month contract I was told my monthly payment will be. If the call agent decided to "add value" then this price should have been indicated in the confirmation I received and which I still have on my phone.

Please rectify this on my bill and kindly contact me explaining these extra thin air charges.

Kind regards, M Nel
