Top-Up contract gets R8610 debit order

I have just had a R8610 debit order go off for a 3Gb data contract that shows 1.9Gb of my 3Gb still remaining. Words fails me. Do you have any idea what damage this mistake does? What literally happens to a customer in real life when God only knows how, you mess this up?

Please contact me via mail for my reference and account number and also for the number in question. For further reference, in the considerable history of owning this SIM card, whenever data has run out, the device has stopped working on internet services etc. There has never been any way to continue using network services without loading a new bundle. This contract also hasn't expired yet, so nothing has changed expept for this outragous debit.

Taking R8.6k at the start of a new month obviously has a monumental impact. I trust I will hear from Vodacom withing hours of start of business tomorrow, 1 September.

Reviewer Update

There has not been a single phone call or email made to me. I have tried phoning 082 111 twice and been on hold for 44 minutes the first time and 61 minutes the last time before gfiving up. I have screenshots showing my bundle for August still having 1.9Gb left and yet you charged R8610 for data. Please get in contact urgently.
