top up contack charge as open linr contract

contract was opened on a top up R189.99 per month , however as the 1st account came to us we have to pay over a R1600.00 on this account when I phoned Vodacom the sales lady said she did explain this to me, I have received half 1st page of my contract as all my stock have not yet arrived.
