<p>Spoke to a lovely gentleman by the Name of Devon at East Rand Mall Vodacom Shop who took the time to phone me back to let me know that he would be preparing my upgrade paperwork in advance to save me time and trouble for the following day. This is why I stay with Vodacom</p>
