Took Samsing Special - Nearly 1 Month Later - Still No Airtime or Vodacom Number "Not Registered"

<p>Went to Games Cresta 5 Nov 16, signed up deal of 1 Phone + "One Free Phone, Sim, Aitime and number"</p> <p>Still waiting for "One Free Phone, Sim, Aitime and number" nearly 1 month later!!!!</p> <p>Despite both making it my problem, and after been shoved from Pillar to Post between the two, both blaming each other, and not really wanting to do anything about it - EXCEPT make it my problem - As the customer here I sit with nothing!!!</p> <p>This Sunday gone the store manager of Game Cresta, e-mailed their contact at Vodacom, and you guessed it - No feedback or communication upto now</p> <p> </p> <p>So whose fault - "Games advertise the special, but blame Vodacom" & "Vodacom says nothing on their system and blames Games"</p> <p>This is really fustrating and unfair, NOBOY ****** CARES, they will not even cancel the whole deal, but rather let me suffer as the customer</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
