Took my money and blocked me from calling the call centre to resolve the issue.

The worst company to have a contract with.

1. I went to Vodacom ****arney on the 19th of July 2019 to cancel my Vodacom contract for number ***2. I was given an early settlement quotation and I made the payment on the 19th of July 2019 at the Vodacom ****arney store. 3. We called and requested the contract to be cancelled. You will note that there is no banking details on the account, they don't even have my ID associated with this account. 4. This year in January I receive an SMS saying my account is being handed over to legal. I call and the agent says, no my account is fine (he says that because I have 3 contracts with Vodacom, and he didn't bother to check all three) 5. In May I called through and spend 2 hours on the line, please check my mobile number on contract: I***-5 (This was my RED VIP contract with Vodacom) This is also the number you should call to give me feedback. 6. Himesh from Cancelations says no problem he will assist me with a dispute. He said he would call me back within 48 hours. 7. Four (4) weeks later I get a hold of Caitlyn in the same department (after trying twice a week every week to get a hold of Himesh) Caitlyn says not to worry, she has spoken to Himesh and he will call me back today and she has escalated it and a manager will also call me back the same day. 8. We are now at the end of the week and guess what - Vodacom has blocked my number for calling in too many times to the call centre. 9. So I have a dispute that is not logged, I have the proof of payment and the early settlement quote which all show I did what I need to as a customer and Vodacom in the patheticness of their service cannot even lodge a dispute.

This is the worst company to deal with. Useless call centre (Please pull up my number on the Account details above and track how many times I have called through and how long I have been on hold for to resolve a matter that is your fault.)

All I want is to fix this stupid nonsense and be done with you. Worst company in South Africa to deal with.
