Too lazy to assist!!!

I have been struggling to get incoming calls. When I call the call centre they insist the problem is with MrP Mobile & MrP Mobile make it very clear its not their problem either. I just had a chat with a Nosphio Prizeworth & was simply told to take my device to the nearest vodacom store for them to check - EVEN after I explained its not the device, she simple disconnected the online query chat. Really Vodacom??? You expect to keep your client base like this???
