too big to care...

So, Here's my experience with Vodacom Fibre so far. I've had fiber short of three months now, over that period the line was down for almost a month, Then the download speed stopped (upload was at 20mbps), that lasted a week. Now they have app**** FUP on my line.... A few questions. 1. I have requested multiple time for a credit for the time my line was nonoperational, still waiting, please rectify immediately. 2. How do you define UNCAPPED? (FUP policy) its like having an all you can eat buffet but deciding how much the customers can eat. Why advertise it as UNCAPPED when its not? 3. Now that my line has been throttled from 20mbps to 2mbps, are you planning on adjusting my invoice accordingly? i signed a contract for 20 not 2mbps 4. When i previously contacted you with a fiber related issue, you proceeded to tell me exactly what devises were linked to the fiber (including make and model), why are you monitoring your customers? isnt this an invasion of privacy?

Hi Vodacom. The FUP has been implemented once again.Still don't agree with the contradiction between UNCAPPED vs FUP. I phoned your call center and asked for the ombudsman's contact detail that you adhere(?) to, but was told that you don't give out that information i must google it? Please reply
