Told lies and forced to upgrade or face account being de-activated.

For the last two weeks I have not had internet as my line was accidentally cancelled and a new sales order set up without my permission. My port was given to someone else and finally my internet was re-activated two days ago. The a sales agent called me and told me that I would be disconnected without warning if I did not upgrade. She said my only option was to choose 50-50.

I told her that I didn't want to as on top of the disaster just mentioned, I'm moving house on 30 September and so don't want to sign up to a new contract. I also emailed her with all of the back office emails that had been going on. She then called again and said she had spoken to back office who said that my only option was to upgade and forced me to institute a new order. I then called someone who had been helping me with the issue at Vodacom and he told me it was just a sales pitch, and I didn't need to sign a new sales order for anything as I would automatically be changed to the 20mbps line on the same contract for the old line. I have emailed the sales agent twice and not heard back. She also told me the costs would be ZAR699 but I would fall onto a month-to-month contract, but I can see on the internet that this is only the price for a 24-month contract.

These are lies and now I can't get this sales order cancelled. I have still not received a cancellation request for my move, nor my downtime credt request.
