Tobi is useless and *****ulent

In December I got paid on the 16 but Vodacom debit order went off on the 27 and thus was a returned debit order. I only realised this on the 10th we a robot ( I presume is tobi) was calling me to advised me that my account is in arrears. I then called Vodacom customer care 082 135 and the voice prompt advised that tobi will send me an sms, which tobi did and I followed Tobi’s prompt up until it send me a one time link to update my card details so it can debit me. It then processed the payment and it was successful. The money went out from my bank account to Vodacom- online. The following day I received the same call from Vodacom telling me my account is still in arrears. I called accounts on *** and spoke to a lady who advised me to send her a POP ( which it’s impossible since it was not an EFT) and who claimed to not know how Tobi works and that I should done an EFT or paid at the store. I sent an email to accounts@vodacom with the subject as my account number with transaction list of my bank account and nothing happened. Today Vodacom’s debit order ran and took money for Dec and Jan because my payment that I made on the 10 of Jan for December is still not allocated to my account. I went in store to see if I can get help and I went to Vodacom store at the Glen mall. I spoke to a consultant named Mikail who didn’t have a name tag so I hope he gave me a correct name and he said there is nothing they can do in store we must call accounts. We both called accounts in his presence so he can see that that number doesn’t give me an option to speak to a consultant like it did before when I was in “ arrears” and the prompt just advises that my account is up to date even though I paid twice for December. He told me they can’t assist even though I am there I store and have all my proof of payment. Then I asked for my statement to be printed and they told me they don’t have access to that as well. I then asked him for an email for the complaints department and he said Vodacom doesn’t have a complaint department.

Good day I would really need a turn around time because my money that I budgeted my my kids school was taken by Vodacom. It’s really an inconvenience and need it to be credited back by the 31st
