To upgrade or not to upgrade

Finally received a call on Monday 09.03.2020 at about 16h30 where i was told that my "cancelled" upgrade is now re-instated... good news? I think not as now there is no stock due to Corona Virus which is affecting shipping from China. At least my order of processed after a week of struggles.
