I had problems with cancelling my vodacom contract. Some consultants don't listen to your problem. They follow their own conclusions that case a lot of problems for vodacom. But there was light in the tunnel when a lady, forgive me for not remembering your name, from social media that sorted out my 2 month problem in a week.
