To hell with vodacom

Vododacom is full of ****. They sent me messages that they Acknowledge my review from hellopeter and they will get back to me shortly but I haven’t received any call from anyone .

What do I do now? My line is still blocked yet the debit order went off.

It’s a pity m using a contact otherwise was going to change to mtn or Telekom and cell c their services are way much better
