To contract or not to contract

<p>Vodacom is unable to give me a copy of my contract is took with them in 2011 for a laptop at the vodacom 4 u shop in Centurion .I have contacted their call centre several times to no avail.I have logged 2 separate queries, from the 9the January 2017 and are still waiting,since the first one was closed and no one is able to tell me exactly what happened.I am now in a process of losing my insurance claim due to this incompetence. How hard can it be to get an old contract?</p>
