******* to charge customers for what has alreqdy been cancelled 2 months ago!!!

I called in November to cancel my contract then they tell me i should call the 1st week of December which i did. They told me the data was loaded so i must pay R28 to keep the line open. I called again to make sure i wont be paying ever again seeing that everything was now cancelled and once again they charging me. It is ******* to charge a customer after they have cancelled their flexi red or anything for that matter especially when calls are recorded. I can actually take this matter further according to the CPA. The lady Vanessa i spoke to said she was going to escalate this issue and ask for a refund and thus far, no communication or anything. Im going to the Ombudsman with this as Ive been cancelling this samd damn issue since December and nothings been done

Reviewer Update
Vodacom called me this morning and i spoke to Ashley Payle who resolved my query effortless. He was very understanding and a great help. I wanted to.update my complaint to a COMPLIMENT which is worth 5 stars but because i already wrote about Vodacom, i wasnt given the option to write a review pending the outcome of the previous review. Ashley has now cancelled my contract completely without any penalties and a goodwill payment for conveniencing me. Thank you so much for everything and have a blessed weekend.
