Tlale is the best employee at Vodacom 4U Mall of The South. She gave the BEST customer service I have ever experienced when no one seemed to be of assistance and with no understanding of the position I was put through when Vodacom blocked my line and having to stay for a month without it active, where as I make sure that I pay for my services as required and on time and never haven't even missed 1 payment. I went through having to do more than three Sim swops and wrote a bad review on this website complaining to Vodacom but they rep**** with a false promise that they'll return to back me BUT Tlale went through it all with and for me, followed up and gave feedback. Today I'm a happy Vodacom Customer because of her. Gratitude to you Tlale, continue to do to others like you have done for me. Ubuntu.
