TK at Mall of the South is Terrible at Customer service. I went there on the 27th of December, I was there to do a simple sim swap! He immediately stated that his system was offline, that I should go to Alberton. It became evident that the only reason he did not want to assist was because he would not make a sale and get any incentive from this service he was supposed to be offering. He was rude in his approach, the way he spoke to me lacked sympathy, he was irate and dismissive. Please help that gent with some customer service training, I know for a fact that I am not the only person to experience such terrible service from him.
