Title: A Total **** – Trapped in a Worthless Contract with Vodacom Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

I am absolutely livid and need to expose the **** that is Vodacom. It started when I was misled into purchasing a SIM card under the guise that it would work flawlessly in my pocket router. The sales rep assured me repeatedly that the SIM card she suggested was the right choice. They couldn't have been more wrong. The SIM is completely incompatible with my device, rendering it utterly useless for my needs.

What makes this situation even more infuriating is that I am now shackled to a 2-year contract, which will cost me a total of R7176 for a product that serves no purpose for me. I have tried repeatedly to address and resolve this issue with Vodacom's customer service, only to be met with a disgraceful lack of support and accountability. Each call I make results in being shunted between different departments, with no one willing to help or even acknowledge their mistake.

The clock is ticking, with only six days left to cancel this atrocious contract, and the stonewalling from Vodacom is unacceptable. Their service is not just bad; it is a blatant disregard for consumer rights and ethical business practices.

I am warning everyone to steer clear of Vodacom. If they do not resolve this by cancelling my contract immediately, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter to higher authorities. I refuse to pay R7176 for a service that is fundamentally flawed and sold on false pretenses.

To anyone considering Vodacom, please reconsider. This experience has been nothing but a monumental waste of time and money, filled with frustration and outright deception. They are quick to take your money but disappear when you face issues. This isn't just poor customer service—it's a predatory ****.
