Tired of Vodacom

Soooo tired of having to struggle for HOURS, sometimes DAYS, to get anything sorted with Vodacom! Can't wait till all the contracts have expired, to end it all!!!! TRYING TO CHANGE BANK DETAILS for the debit order, EVENTUALLY got through to an agent, after time waisted with the USELESS 'TOBI' thing, the chap was quite helpful, until I had to email proof of the bank account, this I did, & mail just keeps bouncing back!!! WHY... should it ALWAYS be necessary to have to get assistance/sevice from a company THROUGH HELLO PETER!!!
