Tired of trying

In Feb 2016 my contract (SmartM) expired. I decided to use the opportunity to change to a new contract (uChoose Flexi 500). Once the new contract kicked in I set up a 3GB month-to-month recurring data bundle. I was under the impression that the cost of the bundle would be subtracted from my airtime. However, I saw that it was charged on my account additionally. On 29 Feb I consulted the Vodashop (Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch) and was advised that this is indeed how it works (recurring bundles cannot be charged from airtime). I then asked them to deactivate the recurring bundle, they then did this for me on the same day (29 Feb). However, in March I was given another 3GB and, again the cost was added to my account. I phoned that customer support and was advised that the service has been deactivated. I also got an SMS from Vodacom confirming the deactivation. At the start of April, however, another 3GB was added to my data and, AGAIN, the const was added to my account. I phoned the customer care and was again assured that the service had been deactivated and that nothing more could be done (I also got another SMS confirming the deactivation). On 2 May, however, my balance was accredited with another 3GB (and my airtime balance has remained unchanged) so can only assume that I'll be paying for it again. I spent 2 hours in the Vodashop (Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch) today (3 May) trying to sort this out. I want to be refunded for the cost of the data for months of March, April and May. The assistant confirmed to me that he can see that the deactivation took place on 29 Feb but could not explain why I am still getting the data and getting charged for it. I was advised that a "service call has been logged" with number A2-10RV-4KKYS, but have not heard anything yet.
