TIRED AND FEEL ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before joining a new company I handed my previous company cellphone in and went to buy a cellphone with a top up contract for my personal use. (so that I will always have my own personal phone going forward). I went to Vodacom store in Eastgate (Bedfordview) and purchased an iPhone SE on top up contract with a cost of R460 per month=R200 for airtime and the balance for the devise itself. I joined my new company with the expectancy of receiving my new company cellphone only to find out that they did not have a phone available for me and then they (my new company) asked me if I would mind using my own private phone instead and they will just bill reimburse me on a monthly basis to which I agreed. I phoned Vodacom to migrate my top up contract to a red classic plus package and they approved and told me it will come into affect as from the 1st of November 2017. Today is the 4th of December and still my phone gets blocked/soft locked due to a "credit limit bar" that gets activated every night, then everyday I have to start the procedure all over again and phone Vodacom to unlock my phone. Vodacom promise me everyday they will attend to the problem and they don't, Vodacom tells me everyday they have escalated the problem but nothing happens, Vodacom tells me every day they can see this problem has been logged for assistance on the 5th of November but it still doesn't get resolved, Vodacom keeps on making me promises that they will not soft lock my phone again, I go over to Europe they soft lock my phone and I lose money. Vodacom is completely and utterly poor at customer service and has just proven to me that because of the magnitude of their company I am just a number to them and they don't care about me at all!!! if there is anyone out there from Vodacom reading this please understand that this was an absolute last option for me to get your attention to please fix my problem!!!!!!!!!
