Timely response.
I would like to thank Vodacom for being able to refund me the airtime that I had lost overnight. I truly appreciate it because I was incredibly frustrated when this happened. Thank you to Puthi at the Call Center for helping me out as well because she was very patient with me. Please Vodacom, look into this issue of airtime and data disappearing overnight because it’s not a first and I’m sure it’s not the last and I’m not the only one. Many ppl I spoke to this morning have been dealing with this for months. But thank you again for refunding me.
