Time to migrate from Vodacom

I would like to share my experience of complete dissatisfaction with Vodacom and the Vodacom after sales division.I have been a client with Vodacom for the last 20 years since the age of 15 I was always with Vodacom . Their actions of late has made me consider whether or not it's time to migrate to another network who can treat clients better and is not so ***********.I have been battling for almost two months to get a new contract cancelled by them .My initial complaints resulted them in getting the company who they outsource who originally sold me this contract to contact me around this , although the cancellation was done through Vodacom directly and not that company .Now I am battling with Vodacom to get my refund for debit orders already taken by them paid back to me .They recieved the goods already on the 21 st of January and still have not refunded me as yet .They systems are always down when you call the after sales call centre despite Vodacom been one of the wealthiest corporations in the country. They allege this contract has been cancelled but when I got my outstanding balance it stills reflects an amount inclusive of the cancelled contract . Vodacom if your offices are not willing to resolve this issue I will be migrating my existing two contracts with Vodacom to another network. With all the publicity your offices is facing from the please call me inventor saga and possibilities of mass migrations as a result of this ,can your offices afford to I'll treat long time and loyal clients .This is unacceptable.

Nothing has been resolved!!!!! Tell me how is it that simple logic surpasses your offices.Yes I was called on Monday and yes it was said that I will receive a credit of just over R1000 ,but why on earth would this credit be made back into my Vodacom account instead of my bank account. Why on earth would anyone do such a thing . Please have my money credited back into my bank account and please send me the process of migrating to another network,I just have had enough now .
