Time for legal action

For OVER a year I have battled to get Vodacom to cancel ONE of the two no.s on my account. Finally they did after several attempts and many extra bills from them which they then fixed with credit notes. Great I think, it's over I think. I thought wrong. I went into a store a few days ago to go and upgrade the no. that I DID NOT CANCEL. Only to be informed that someone at Vodacom has taken it upon themselves to cancel BOTH of my no.s. Fine I think maybe I won't bother upgrading the old no. and I will just rather look at another service provider. But today I receive a "FINAL DEMAND" letter (this is the very first I am hearing of this) for R118.50. Except on all of my last few statements there is a R0 balance. So where the heck does this R118.50 come from? I've never received a bill for it. Never been asked to pay this amount or told why. None of my statements show this amount (or any amount), so why am I now being threatened with legal action for money your own statements say I don't own??? I'm actually really glad you cancelled my second no. without me asking you to... I had hoped to sign up for another 2 years renewal on it but you have totally lost me as a customer now Vodacom. I will give you until the 9th May 2017 to fix your mess, clear this R118.50 you have fabricated and send me confirmation of such, otherwise I will initiate action against you. Enough is enough. Your error and incompetence has taken more that 20 hours of my life, I am beyond going back and forth with you. Just get it sorted.

Reviewer Update

OK so it's the 9th of May and after 1 week Vodacom has chosen not to respond at all. I'll be pursuing action via the ombudsman today. Vodacom you've had your chance to put this right and you have chosen not to.
