Tiisetso from Vodacom Kolonnade is a star

I would like to commend Tiisetso that works at the Vodacom store in Kolonnade, Montana, Pretoria. When she realised I had an issue with my upgrade, she went over and above her duties to try and resolve the issue on my behalf. I want to thank her for her efforts. She was not able to help me in the end, it was my bad review on this platform that got Vodacom to investigate and resolve my issue; but she did try and for that I am grateful.
