TICKET UNSOLVED

At Vodacom Oakfields in Benoni. I wish I could give a zero star review. The most useless *********** people EVER. Please I beg you dont waste your time here. It took 3 whole years to change my email... thats just a start. Then I encounter a problem with my billing and it takes a whole week to sort it. I phone and phone to no avail and get told they are busy with customers. Like I am not a paying customer. Then to find out my ticket that was logged was closed, without them letting me know, with information that wasn't even relevant to the queries I had so no help from the accounts departmentas well... if you want ANY sort of good customer service or help then rather stay away from here and go somewhere else.
