Throttling connection

I got a 20Gig Sim contract with Vodacom and since the start of the lockdown the Sim is completely useless (throttling) as i can't even get 1Mbps going on my connection. I have rebooted, tested the sim on different devices and the experience is the same. the connection is to bad that establishing WhatsApp connection is impossible.
