Just less than 3weeks ago (Oct 23rd) I took my iPhone6 into Vodacom at the V&AWaterfront. The phone (+- 1yearold) was overheating and restarting every 2-5 minutes. The bottom section of the touch screen had lifted. I booked it in for repairs and was told it wouldn't take long. I still haven't received a repaired/replacement phone (and I don't know the outcome of the phone inspection). 10 DAYS LATER, I received an sms confirming that the phone had been handed into the 'Repairs Hub' - in the SAME STORE I was told. I went in to find out when the phone would be ready and was told only Grant the technician had the details. Grant left me a message the following day, saying I needed to turn off findmyiPhone for them to continue. I tried all day (Tuesday Nov 3rd) and the next day to talk to him, leaving messages on his voicemail and with reception. No reply. I went back into the store to find out how to disable findmyiPhone, only to be told I'd have to wait for Grant. He called the following day and talked me through it. SINCE NOV5th I'VE HEARD NOTHING, after calling (countless) and visiting the store (twice). I'm irate because of the lack of communication and shocking 'service'.
