Three ring circus

What has this three ring circus turned into?? Wrongfully processing and applying insurance to contracted devices, refusing to repair devices, a service which we are paying for and having the audacity to invade your privacy with incorrect information regardless. Nothing would make me happier than to cut all ties and dump any and all of 'your property' in front of your door. No senior staff to rectify the situation, rather referred to a 18 y.o ****le faced customer consultant to do their work for them. What a disgrace to run a business in this manner. Take your so called service and put it where I'd like to stick my foot.
