Three numbers cannot phone me - Dont Use Vodacom they are useless!!

I am someone that have a lot of patience. Now my patience is finished. Three people, my husband, my mother and my best friend cannot phone me on my cellphone. When they try it, it just say Call Ended.

I tried the Vodacom shop a few times. Changed phones twice, a network sync was done, I changed my sim card 2 times. Then I tried their customer services on the phone, That changed absolutely nothing. Believe you me, they tried their best! After that I laid a complaint at the Vodacom complaints board. When I laid the complaint they were quick to give me a reference number, never followed up or no communication that something was fixed, after a while, my husband said that he can phone me now. Not my mother and my friend. That lasted for 2 weeks, now we are back to square one. No one of them can contact me. I laid a complaint at the board again. Received no reference number or any communication regarding my complaint. Today my complaint was marked as fixed.

I would suggest that if you consider a cellphone company in south Africa, please try MTN. Vodacom is useless. I might even not have a phone.
