Three months for a repaired phone and zero support from Vodacom staff

This is the third time this year that we have been totally *****ed over by Vodacom, but without getting into all of it let me tel you the latest. In the beginning of May or end of April my Samsung A70 was given in for repairs at the Vodacom shop in Village Mall Hartbee****rt (exact date of starting to use my temp phone is 11 May so it was before that time). It is now the 11th of August, three months later. I have been to the shop twice before, not having received an sms yet. I have in the meantime moved to Rustenburg, so I have had to specifically drive there. Each time I was told it is still in transit. Since last week I have started getting annoyed and tried calling the shop in Hartbee****rt. I get a message saying they are busy and that I can record a message each and every time. I have recorded a message and tried calling multiple times, no response. I have sent my mother to the store at that time and the technician was not there, which meant that no one could give me an order number, since it was not written on my book-in form when I got my device booked in... absolutely no one in Vodacom can apparently just find that info for me. As a result of one person not doing their job and not providing me with an order number, I can now also not actually call repairs. So what exactly am I supposed to do now??? I tried calling general customer support where Mr. Sipho told me he would phone the shop, for which they apparently also dont have an actual number that works as the call was simply cut off and I was left with a survey to complete. So I followed the next logical step. Sent an e-mail to customer supporting, ranting about how sick I am of your service and what my problem is. 7 Days later, I am here. Still unable to reach the shop at Village Mall, no answer from support or a call back from support. No Phone. I am at the point of disgust where I decided to make a Facebook post about my issue, literally having to tag Vodacom in the hopes that someone might are enough to actually give me a call or try and help me.... you know what I was told... Did I contact repairs??? As if that was not one of the first solutions I tried. If the technician had done his job and given me an order number then that might have worked. As expected, no reply. I am tired of driving an hour just to hear that it takes your delivery company months to get from Joburg to Hartbee****rt. This has not been my first run-in with repairs, but three months is a bit messed up.
