Three consultants went out and only leave one in the shop

I went to Vodacom Alberton to do a sim swap,when I arrive I only found one consultant Lindiwe in the shop.I asked who will help me as she was busy helping other people and she told me that the other 3 consultants went out and told me that I must go to other Vodacom shops. Her attitude was very bad for a consultant who was supposed to help people and how can 3 consultants go out of the shop at once and only leave 1 to help us?
