Threatning Reply from the office of the CEO
<p>Dear Leon, Dear All, </p> <p> </p> <p>As per below email we have responded to your complaint on the 20 September 2016.</p> <p>As you are well aware of I have seen you on the second visit to your CEO office, I am also referring to my e-mail who between the above mentioned date and today where simply ignored by yourself.</p> <p>The amount charged on Sunday the 28 was credited to your account this morning.</p> <p>Furher to this, as you are fully aware of there where more that occasion in the previous week that this has occurred, so please go back and refund me the full amount, this has also been confirmed by your self in our meeting. </p> <p>We will not be able to assist you in anyway as you are not our a Vodacom customer.</p> <p>Really, last time I checked I had a Vodacom sim card, and on my LTE router it says Vodacom, the fact remain, even though I am dealing with a dealer of yours, on the LTE side, I am still a Vodacom customer, and Vodacom cannot run away from their franchise obligations that their dealers, to have them not service their clients, when it is blatantly obvious that there is a very personal attack from the dealer towards me, and Vodacom and agreeing with such action, by ignoring to support me in a very simple request that is not been completed. </p> <p>We will involve our Legal department as you are refusing to accept feedback provided to you.</p> <p>You are more that welcome to do such, is is a shame that you have to stoop so low to threaten me, just because I will not let you get away from taking money from me that your not entitled to do, this is an extremely bulling comment, but go ahead, I will involve social media as well, let see. </p> <p>Once again we reiterate we cannot assist please refer your matter to MPU Connect your current provider and ex – employer.</p> <p>Shame again Vodacom and the tone of the last words says it all, ex employer, I started that company, I got the Vodacom Dealership etc., The total tone of this e-mail is extremely untoward a positive work relations ship and since Vodacom is so much in the news lately, even more so , SHAME ON VODACOM.
