Threatening tones from call centre

A ********** Vodacom contract was opened against my name and i escalated to Vodacom after i found this out. Vodacom forensics asked me to fax through the needed documentation, which i performed from the Kenilworth Center Vodacom branch, and i was told that Vodacom Forensics will contact me thereafter. Vodacom customer call centre called me twice thereafter. On at least one of those occasions threatened me with black listing. On both occasions i told them that the needed documentation was sent to their forensics department by their own retail branch and that they should contact their forensics department. I also asked them to on both occasions to request their managers to call me. I am not aware of any calls calls to date. Why must i be threatened for Vodacom's mistake?

Intimated citizen

Good afternoon

I have received no reply to my previous private message to Vodacom. Clearly only a public message receives Vodacom attention. I just checked my credit rating. I am listed as a slow payer with a 150day+ outstanding account. Please note that the next communucation will be from an attorney, so i expect a response to this message. The reponse should inlcude a way forward and timeline as to how this entire account will be removed from my credit record. Also, i would appreciate feedback on how this was resolved.

Regards

Mr. M
