THREATENING LETTER / LEGAL ACTION
I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom for more than 25 years, some nameless person from Vodacom has sent me a threating letter with legal action, have requesting from them a statement and invoice for the account in question, so far I have not received any reply, so that I can see where the problem lies and do a payment.
