threatened by employee

I took out a vodacom contract & was given 1G data free per month. All ok for a year & 5 months. Then they take it away for no reason. They owe me 4G & until contract expires. Lodged a query. Wait 48 hrs. Phoned again. Query closed. Lodged another query. 7 days. Nothing happened. Phoned again. Nothing was done. Had to lodge another query. Wait another 48 hrs. Nothing happened. Phoned again & asked to speak to supervisor. Sipho. He did phone back with another offer forcing me to stay with vodacom or if I upgrade? Going to loose what he offered. When I told him thats not what I want. He threatened me. Saying if I didnt want it, he would cancel everything & let cic deal with query which would take long. Very arrogant. According to him I must be grateful he phoned back. His words. He also was speaking to someone in back ground while I was talking to him. Then denied it. Asked to speak to manager. According to him they were in a meeting. That was early friday. 10h00. Apparently very long meeting. Still waiting for a call. Worst service ever. Been a vodacom customer for ever. Hav 5 contracts with them. However not for long. I dont do threats.
