He then proceeded telling me that i need to pay R399.00 because my account is in errears. i then asked him what is the R399 was for and i proceeded by trying to explain to him that the was a quiry i loged that someone from vodacom called me and took an upgrade on my behlf withount my concernt, may be that is why it is in arrears. the conversation went on until it boke into an arguement when he was taalking i was trying to explain what happened from the biggining. he refused to listen to me while i was trying expailn what happened hence he was speaking while i was speaking. there was a point where i even asked him that who is the customer here and he answered by saying im not the custer becouse i cancelled my contract with vodacom and he is the one who called me so i should be the one who must listen to him.

hence i told him i do not appriciate his attitude and i will hang up. that is when he threatend to take legal action against me an he hung up.

Please assist on the Matter.

Best regards,

Nthabiseng.
